Raw Bush honey. Our honey is pressed, filtered and jarred. Because we do not do ultra fine filtering, there will be pollens within the honey. 
 
Being raw, the honey can crystalise in cooler months. This does not affect the flavour, only the consistency of the honey. If the honey is gently warmed, the honey will uncrystalise.
